This landscape was designed as a complete property transformation following the construction of the home in 2020–2021. The goal was to create an outdoor environment that reflected the home's clean, modern architecture while maintaining a timeless character through thoughtful planting design. Contemporary materials and strong geometric lines were paired with classic landscape elements, including boxwoods, hydrangeas, and a vibrant mix of perennial plantings, creating a landscape that feels both refined and welcoming.
The back outdoor living space was carefully planned to accommodate everything from intimate family evenings to large-scale entertaining. Defined gathering spaces include a spacious dining terrace, outdoor kitchen and lounge, fire pit with conversation seating, and seamless circulation throughout the backyard. Along the property perimeter, strategically placed shade trees create privacy and soften neighboring views, while a thoughtfully integrated raised vegetable garden provides a productive space for seasonal harvests without compromising the clean, elegant aesthetic. Anchoring the rear landscape is a magnificent Tri-color Beech that serves as the focal point of the backyard and a true specimen tree.
Today, the property continues to mature under the care of Chalet's weekly maintenance team, whose attention to detail preserves the pristine lawn, expertly maintained boxwoods, and meticulously pruned trees and shrubs, ensuring the landscape remains as elegant and intentional as the day it was installed.
