Maintenance Referral Program
Existing maintenance clients who refer a new maintenance client to Chalet are eligible to receive a $500 credit, as a token of our appreciation, to use toward a future enhancement project of $1,000 or more.
How it Works: When you refer a friend, family member, or colleague to Chalet for our exceptional maintenance services, you're not just sharing a recommendation – you're opening the door to rewarding benefits for both of you.
Your Reward: As a token of our appreciation, for every successful referral, you'll receive a $500 credit. This credit can be applied towards a future enhancement project valued at $1,000 or more. It's our way of saying thank you for your trust and loyalty.

Terms and Conditions:
- New client must sign on for full-service maintenance (weekly or bi-weekly)
- New client must remain a full-service Chalet maintenance client for the remainder of the landscape season.
- The $500 credit may be applied toward a new landscape enhancement project with a minimum value of $1,000 and may not be used toward maintenance services or retail purchases.
- The $500 credit will become available in the following season enrollment.

Design/Build Referral Program
This program rewards any current Chalet client who refers a new client resulting in a signed design/build project. Given the scale of design/build work, the incentive is tiered based on the referred project’s contracted value, with a flat credit issued at each threshold. The reward structure is straightforward to administer and avoids disclosing the new client’s exact project spend to the referring party.
Reward Structure
Credits are issued to the referring client upon project completion by the referred client.
Credits may be applied toward a future Chalet design/build project or enhancement of at least 2x the value of credit. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Eligibility
• Referring client must be an active Chalet client (maintenance or design/build).
• Referred project must reach a minimum contracted value of $25,000.
• Referred client must be brand new to Chalet Landscape — no prior relationship of any kind (maintenance, design/build).
• Referral must be registered with Chalet prior to the referred client’s project signing.
Terms & Details
1. Credit triggers upon project completion, not contract signing, to protect against cancellations.
2. Credit is valid for 24 months from date of issuance.
3. Credit may not be applied toward maintenance invoices or retail purchases.
4. One referral credit per referred client. Referring multiple clients results in separate credits per qualifying referral.
5. Chalet reserves the right to verify referral eligibility before issuing credit.
